Papaya Update

in homesteading •  7 years ago  (edited)

Good morning, Steemians!

It's been a while since I've done a papaya update, so I thought I would do one.

I counted eight papayas on the largest papaya plant. The largest one is probably 3/4 of the way to maturity. There hasn't been much color change, so that tells me that they've got a while to go still.

Some of the other papaya plants are beginning to bud flowers. I can't wait to eat fresh papaya from my yard!

They are getting pretty big now, looks like you have to wait not too much longer.
