Using Aloe Plant for Mosquito and Fire Ant Bites

Good afternoon Steemians,

I was pruning a big ass palm tree on the border of my property when I must've stepped on a big fire ant hill... I looked down and had about twenty of them on the back of my foot. I began to curse loudly and swat at them.

I remembered that the best thing you can do is take off your shoe and get them all off as quickly as possible. Then I asked my wife to cut some aloe from one of the many plants we have and to rub it on the bites.

This picture was taken after about twenty minutes of the first application - hardly any swelling anymore and the redness has already started going away

Since I had a mosquito bite on the other foot, I figured I might as well do that one too. My wife sat there and helped me rub aloe all over my feet. She did this twice with me.

This really helps relieve the itchiness and pain, no gimmicks. I love how nature can help us heal! Grow some aloe today and you'll have medication against red ants and mosquito bites.

Aloe is so useful for burns, bits, and even food. Haha. Miracle plant #14.

You can ingest it as well. It is very healing internally.
