Herbalism is a very personalized practice, it's not an exact science. I will say I am a type 1 diabetic & came up with a tincture that has helped lower my A1C as well as helped a friend that has type 2.

I guess that is how I am looking at it. If you can change diet, nutrition and a few lifestyle things, you can control health issues you have or suffer from.
So happy you were able to figure a natural way to treat your, and your friend's, condition.
