Adding bananas in the daily diet menu, has many benefits in the body. Bananas help the body achieve weight-loss goals, keep the stomach healthy, provide nutrients that regulate heart rhythm and have vitamin compounds for eye health.

Here are some of the benefits of bananas that are often underestimated. That is:

1. Smooth blood circulation

Bananas have a good potassium content for blood circulation. The potassium content helps regulate blood pressure. This can reduce the risk of stroke that causes symptoms of heart disease.

2. Helps digestion of the intestines

The fiber contained in bananas is excellent for reducing the risk of constipation. No need to use laxatives, just enough consumption of bananas.
