Chili GA / Giant Aconcagua is a chili that has the largest size. People still have not planted this type of chilli. In addition to having a larger size than other chili, this type of chili also has a thick fruit peel but it also spicy.

Here are tips on growing chili GA

Seeding

Soak chili seeds in warm water for 30 minutes. Then seedlings in the seedling medium using the soil and compost with a ratio of 1: 1. You can also use the media seedlings grilled husk or sand. Seed the seedlings once a day. Put in a dark place until spourt. Then place it in an open space to get enough light so that the plant does not experience stem height (Etiolation).

Moving

GA Chili seeds that have grown on the move after the 5-6 leaf into the real planting medium. You can use the soil and compost plant media with a ratio of 2: 1. Compost also as a pre-fertilizer to 1.5-month-old chili plants.

Care

The technique of chili GA treatment is the same as chilli plants in general. Treatment in general is fertilization, watering / weeding, and weeding and weeding weekly observation to observe pests or diseases.

  • Weekly observation you need to do in 1 week 2 times to observe plants in case of pests or diseases and plants have symptoms of nutrient deficiency. Pests in chili plants that often attack the aphids / Trips. This pest is very disturbing plants in the vegetative period. The symptoms that are caused is the leaves of chillies into curly plants. Action should be taken if the aphids population reaches the economic threshold. You can control by biological control using a vegetable pesticide from garlic.

Garlic is a great choice to help get rid of the aphids. You can also grow garlic near the pepper plants and it helps prevent them from becoming a problem.

I would love to hear more about how to grow turmeric. That is one I have never tried to grow, but it has so many health benefits, it is a great plant and more people should grow it.
