I just wrote for the picture. But if you know what kind of job it will be!
The image is the salt farmers who are preparing for a new salt season. If you produce salt in a day, it is really difficult to finish that salt for 10 years.
This is a very hard work because all the work is done under the big sun, the bigger the sun, the more salt is made.
Because of the hard work and low income, salt making in my hometown is only maintained by the elderly, who have little opportunity to change their careers.
