I spent 5 hours trying to remove the rotor screws using an impact driver, CO2, blowtorch, hammer and a regular screwdriver. I had to drill the screws out to remove the rotor in the end. I think these screws are only used to hold the rotors onto the hubs on the assembly line being that the lugnuts and wheels hold the rotors on.
