Honda Cars India has unveiled its all-new mid-size SUV, the Honda Elevate, in India. The Elevate is the third product in Honda's India lineup, after the Honda City and Amaze sedans. It is expected to be launched in India in August 2023.
The Elevate is a 5-seater SUV that measures around 4.2-4.3 meters in length. It is powered by a 1.5-liter petrol engine that produces 121PS of power and 145Nm of torque. The engine is mated to either a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic transmission.
The Elevate is equipped with a host of features, including a touchscreen infotainment system with connected car functionality, an electric sunroof, and level-2 ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems).
Honda is targeting the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara with the Elevate. It is expected to be priced between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 15 lakh (ex-showroom).
