Few ways to save money

I mentioned in the previous blog that I had high uric acid, overweight, I didn't drink enough water. I drink beer or wine everyday, stop exercise......And I went to the restaurant for breakfast and lunch everyday which is very unhealthy.

I wasn't expect that I have high uric acid. I really wanna kill myself at that time cause IT WAS REALLY FUCKIN' HURT! My toe was burning for days.......and you have no way to stop..........

After I took the pills, the pain has gone. So I give up alcohol, drink plenty of water, keep tracking on what I eat. I do tabata exercise 5 days a week. And I cook breakfast and lunch by myself. Pasta and dumpling.......

I did it for 4 months now. I can save HK$ 500 every month. HK$ 6,000 for a year!

Stay healthy guys...........you are what you eat.

Tips for saving money:

1. Cook your own meals

2. Before you make the purchase think clearly, you need it or you want it?

3. If you need button is "on", can you wait for 1 or 2 weeks? Maybe you don't want it afterwards, maybe there will be a certain discount after awhile

4. Stop collection start selling

5. Save every spare change when you return home everyday

6. Bring your own water bottle*
   *Drink enough water........

7. Quit smoking, drinking

8. Before buying books, DVD check out the library or second hand market first......
