Team Support and Hooligans

Teams have to take responsibility for fan behavior. I remember that in the 1980s, some teams were banned from playing in certain events because of their supporters.

Fans are very passionate and are normally a small element looking for problems. Security has made a lot of progress over the past decade with face recognition cameras in all games. These defensive fans are then identified and banned from football for life.

Interpol has a list of followers who have been banned against him and are not allowed to travel to venues where his teams play. The last world cup saw some fans being banned from traveling.

Clubs will have to take the threat of playing in an empty stadium seriously as it will affect income returns. Alcohol is banned years ago, and I know you can buy non-alcoholic beer instead. Most parties, before and after the game, still drink and are controlled more today.

In the last World Cup, there was a high police presence in Russia, which contained strong and strong tactics. Fans had no chance to rebel because of good policing.
