The story of a horse and a dog

This is a story of Julie and Duke. Little Julie was just a foal when she lost her mother. It's typical that other mares will not adopt a baby that isn't theirs, so Julie looked to humans to for food, health, and nutrition. However, she looked to Duke the Weimaraner for friendship. In a time that this little foal needed companionship, she found an unlikely friend to teach her and help her flourish. Everyday we have the opportunity to help others. Animals teach the best lessons.
