Last night, the CEO of Binance promised on Twitter that Binance would start powering down customer funds in its possession in @binance-hot. He said the powerdown would commence in a few hours. Turn's out Binance hasn't started powering down, yet.

      The account manager probably doesn't work on weekends/Sundays.

        That's possible, even likely. Huobi did initiate powerdown yesterday, though.
