National Average RevPAR by Hotel Chain

We are considering changing the franchise of our hotel. I'm new to the hotel business, but I'm having a hard time coming up with data to compare one chain to the other. Since this information seems to be lacking, I figured I'd post what I have found so far. Verify the data on your own, but here's what I have found.

Econolodge: Occupancy 54% ADR $59.61 RevPar $31.90
Rodeway: Occupancy 56% ADR $59.75 RevPar $33.64
Quality: Occupancy -% ADR $- RevPar $75.06
Red Roof: Occupancy 67% ADR $61.60 RevPar $41.21
Red Roof Plus: Occupancy 74% ADR $76.79 RevPar $56.37
Super 8: Occupancy 57% ADR $50.51 RevPar $28.81
Days Inn: Occupancy 50% ADR $67.26 RevPar $34.22
Ramada: Occupancy 54% ADR $75.08 RevPar $40.67
Howard Johnson: Occupancy 50% ADR $62.45 RevPar $31.24

I'd like to find Best Western and America's Best Value Inn, but it's not easy. Hopefully someone with more data and experience will read this!
