We got up in the morning. I was up at 09:00 AM. We packed. We were off around 10:30 AM. We had conversations in the white jeep on our way from Shelton to Gales Creek to see Sharon Hundley and her husband. We also saw a roomie chick and her baby. I said hello to the dog, cat, chickens. They live near the Gales Creek or it might be a related creek which connects to Gales Creek. It probably is Gales Creek. I asked questions while we were there in the afternoon for five hours or less. I asked Sharon how she started the homeschooling club. I think she said it started around 1983 or early 1980s when she started to homeschool her children. Other people started joining the club which was started by the Hundley family, the Donaldson family, and possibly other families. But those might be the top two. I think my family first started joining the club in 1987. We have pictures of a Thanksgiving homeschooling club play from 1987. I was first in one of those like plays in I think 1989 in May. So I think I was not in any plays before that. Next play I was in was I think was 1995, the Christmas play at CCBC. So the club probably started in or around 1987. How did he die. She talked about that. We talked about what we were all doing these past forty years or so since like the 1980s or whatever. Rick talked about Honduras. Many topics.

After talking with Sharon, we considered driving to Seaside. But there was some snow and ice in the Cascade mountains between the creek and the Pacific Ocean. So, we drove off to Safeway to pick up chicken. I walked around the store and around the shopping center area in general to see if I knew anybody. No. I don't think so. So, then we checked into a hotel near Jack In The Box which was like Dairy Queen. Or maybe Dairy Queen was on the other side. So the hotel is across the street from McDonald's, Bi-Mart. Our room was on the second floor. It was on the end. Only 2 floors. 2 beds. I shared a bed with Rick. I put my laptop on the table. The WIFI password was on the key bop card thingy. We ate the chicken. That was good. There is a swimming pool. There is a game room. No elevator. We talked to a staff there. He might be Hispanic. He said the hotel is doing better now since they changed management the past few years. There were problems with customers coming in. They would run off pawning televisions and other things from the hotel rooms. So we talked about many things and did many things all day. See photos and videos for more info.

The hotel we stayed at Monday night was the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites: 3306 Pacific Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116: Redlion. +15033579000. Check-in time: 3:00 PM at the earliest. Check-out time: 11:00 AM or before. We checked in like around 08:00 PM and checked out around 09:00 AM Tuesday. This hotel is near the Holiday Inn where Walter and his family stayed at. Walter was friends with Bill Bailey and his family. Walter may have lived in the trailer park. I am not sure about that but I remember playing Earthworm Jim at their place at the Holiday Inn. His brother or something had a room. I forget how many different rooms but at least two rooms I guess back around 1997 or whenever it was. Walter is in some videos of mine from August of 2001 and probably only from that month.
