Outrigger Resort Hawaii
After the Hilton I had the Outrigger Resort booked for a couple of days. The Hotel is located directly at the Beach too, but is more central and not so far away from Waikiki. So there is plenty of Shopping nearby.

Checkin was very smooth and I was assigned a Deluxe room with a very nice Seaview. The Service at the Hotel was really fantastic and they have the Shorebird (I blogged about it a while ago) where you grill your own Burgers. The only thing I didn't like too much was the fact that parking was 38 USD too at this Hotel. I had to park the car at the Canal again and the walk to the Hotel took me 20 Minutes (which was a good exercise) I can really recommend this Hotel for location and awesome Beach, please checkit out if you are looking for a Hotel in Hawaii

Nice piture nice place! Really such an ideal place for vacation to relax yourself. The seaside was beautiful , not too crowded, I could enjoy myself a day there for sunbathing. Thanks for your sharing!

The beach was fantastic, nice view, it's awesome to spend your holiday in Hawaii. Enjoy your holidays and forget about the ridiculous $38 parking fee would make you feel happier lol

It's always nice to stay at a place near the beach. Unfortunately parking can be very, very expensive. Hope your stay was wonderful.

Hi thank you for your cool steem the pictures and the story was great! About parking yes I think it's a bit much but here where I live for different things like air shows festivals and things parking can be up to twenty dollars. It's crazy so yes I do think it's too much to pay and anyway... You got your exercise for the day! 🕊

38 USD is actually cheap for parking compared to cities like NYC, Chicago and San Francisco. These places have limited parking so they charge a premium for it. Have you ever stayed at the Hilton Waikiki (Prince Kuhio)? It's a bit closer to Diamond head and some of the rooms have excellent views of both Ocean and Mountain (Makai and Maka).

I don't think a hotel should charge their customers extra for parking. That doesn't seem right. Well maybe in NYC where parking is hard to find is a little more understandable but even then, they should just charge more for the rental and tie it in with the room rate.
