Chairman of the Family Welfare Improvement Team (TP-PKK) Banda Aceh Nurmiaty AR handed over a computer unit along with a printer unit for each district PKK management board in Kota Banda Aceh.
Computer assistance to support the PKK activity was handed over by Nurmiaty in Pendopo Hall of Banda Aceh Mayor on Friday (29/12/2017) last night, before the Zikir and Tausiah Gemilang event.
Not only computers, the first lady of Banda Aceh City also handed 90 packages to the Chairman of the TP-PKK Gampong se-Banda Aceh. Also present at the occasion were Banda Aceh Mayor Aminullah Usman, Deputy Mayor Zainal Arifin, and other officials.
Nurmiaty hopes that with the help of computer and buffet package can support PKK activities at sub-district and gampong level in empowering the role of women.
"Hopefully this assistance can be utilized as well as possible by PKK management to empower women both in the field of creative and culinary economy so that it can play a role in improving family welfare," he said.
"This is also one of the PKK's efforts to support the Pemko Banda Aceh program in reducing poverty and unemployment through family strengthening. Prosperous families are the key to creating a glorious city as our common ideals, "he concluded.
