Have you ever wondered why they say everything is all good, when the prices for homes are at that very high level before 2008? Back then they were giving out money left and right, for anything, even without a job! Something just does not feel right to me , because they are not giving the money out anymore. Plus, most people I know who lost there homes or are underwater on the home they kept have lost their credit ratings and can not get a loan. So, how can the prices be so high? Just a thought.
