::: House Price Correction in May ::: Oslo, Norway

In month of May house prices fell on average 1,1% in Norway. For Oslo the decline was 1,4% which was a higher drop than experts had anticipated. What is remarkable is that the media broadcasts experts' negative sentiment that more negative numbers are in store. Over the last years media has been biased and pushed housebilders, brokers and banks agendas. The result is that households' debt to gross income now is 220%.
