How to Pull a 300 Ft Well in 10 minutes

I know this is not my usual fair but I have Pulled a 300' Well up the hard way, (hand over hand), and I have done it the smart way as in the video an I figured I should share this experience because if your Well Pump fails it can cost $5500 to $6000 if your well is deep like mine.
