How to properly wash the cat

Today I will tell you in detail and show how to properly wash the cat at home. The wash will be simple, for the house, non-stash. Home cat washing includes 15 simple steps that will allow your pet to look at 100.

To wash the cat we need: a bathroom, a warm shower, 2-3 absorbent towels and 2 pairs of hands.

Also need to prepare: a hair dryer, degreasing paste with a brush, degreasing shampoo, balm, massage mitten, texturizer shampoo, combs, nippers and a clip on the sucker.

Step 1. Secure the latch to the bathroom wall. The loop of the lock is tightened on the neck of the animal. The diameter of the loop is such that it does not stifle the animal, but it also allows it to be fixed securely. Also, the animal always has the opportunity, in extreme cases to wriggle out of the gripping loop and leave the wash zone.

Step 2. Before bathing, it is necessary to comb out the animal, disassemble the koltuns if they are available.

Step 3. Also before bathing is a manicure and a pedicure with special scissors or nippers.

Step 4. Apply the degreasing paste.

Degreasing paste is applied to the tail and other greasy places: behind the ears, on the chin, on the collar. Pasta on the tail is applied along the axial hair to the skin. We start from the tip of the tail and reach the priests.

Step 5. We applied a degreasing paste and wait. The waiting time (aging) is indicated in the instructions for the paste. Then carefully wash off the paste. Simultaneously, all the hair of the animal is soaked. Carefully! Do not pour water into your ears! If you need to wash the cat's head, then cover the animal's head with the palm of your hand and press your ears to the head.

Step 6. We apply degreasing shampoo.

Degreasing shampoo apply evenly over the entire coat of the animal.

Step 7. Wash off the shampoo.

Repeat step 6 once more (once again apply a degreasing shampoo to the cat's coat).

For better penetration of shampoo into wool, use a massage mitten. We stroke the cat on the fur.

Repeat step 7, i.e. thoroughly wash off the degreasing shampoo before the appearance of the "squeak of wool". Draw your palm over the wool, the wool should "squeak".

Step 8. At this step we will use the shampoo-texturing machine, which after washing will give Lisa's fur a furry appearance. Shampoo-texturizer is used for washing cats of long-haired and long-haired breeds.

Step 9. The shampoo-texturizer applied to the wool is washed off to the "creak of wool".

Step 10. Apply the cream (balm) to the animal's coat.

During washing, we washed off all the fat from the wool. In order not to overdry the skin and coat of the animal, it is now necessary to apply the cream on the wool (balm after washing).

Step 11. We wash off the balm to the "creak of wool".

Step 12. Let the water run off a little.

Step 13. We discuss the cat with a towel. Not three! Just get wet. The wet towel is replaced with a dry one.

Step 14. We release the animal from the lock loop. We take the cat out of the bathroom and hold some time on our hands in a towel.

Step 15. We fix the animal in the place where we will comb it and dry it. Combing the hair. Comb and hair dryer are simultaneously driven in one direction.

All. Our cat is clean and combed.

After drying and combing do not forget to release the animal from the fastener loop.
