Our Crazy Puppy Parade S01E18, Training in Pairs

in howto •  6 years ago  (edited)

Welcome to puppy training 101.

Training dogs is easier done in pairs. If one dog learns faster than the other, the slower will learn to watch what the other dog does to get their treat and then imitate that behavior. Also, they can play with each other. Dunno bout you guys but I'm no marathon sprinter.

Thank you! They are anatolian shepphards mixed with a spanish masteen breed. As best we can tell at least. 😉

Dogs do dream! Dogs and humans have the same type of slow wave sleep (SWS) and rapid eye movement (REM) and during this REM stage dogs can dream. The twitching and paw movements that occur during their sleep are signs that your pet is dreaming

Yes, and it's adorable when it's not epilepsy. A hint: if your dog is having a seizure chances are their eyes will be open and there will be frenzied movement throughout the body. Otherwise your dog is just dreaming!
