Steps to delete an Instagram account permanently.
  1. In your Instagram app, tab settings.
  2. In your settings page, tab help.
  3. In help, tab help center.
    It will take you to help page in the web browser.
  4. Tap managing your account.
  5. Tap delete your account.
  6. Tap "How do I delete my account"
  7. Tap delete your account page.
  8. If not login, login to Instagram.
  9. Select from drop down why you want to delete your account.
  10. Type your password.
  11. Tap Permanently delete my account.
