    I alternate between feeling like shit and feeling amazing, and it usually takes some effort to get me from a to b. daily, but it gets faster with time.

    It's the same for me. Live is a constant up and down but with time the up-phases become longer and more stable.

    Im very impressed with the quality of English that you speak. Most American in the states only speak one language . I mean you even know how to curse in english lol :))

    Depression sucks, but like clouds they linger for a lil while and then they pass.
