How chronic stress affect your brain and how to deal with it..

Are u sleeping restlessly? feeling irritatable or moody? forgetting little things?and feeling overwhelmed? And isolated? Don't worry you are probably just Stressed Out .
It can be handy for burst of extra energy and focus like you are playing any competitive sports or have to speak in public. But when it is continuios it begins to change your brain size structure and it's function. Chronic stress is liked being over worked or had an arguments at home.
Stress begin with some thing called Hypothalamus Pituitary Adrenal Axis that is HPA .HPA releases Harmons called cortisol when your brain face the stress which primes your body for instant action.high level of cortisol weakened your brain. It can be control by doing exercise or meditation..
