Hello steemian friends !!! Welcome back to My blog, this time I tried to write a little about : Slimming Body (Thigh, Arm, and Face). This article I dedicate to all steemian friends (especially for women) (∩_∩). All right, let's get straight to the point.
Many tips only lead to how to regulate the body only. Rarely do we see anyone giving a special tip to shrink the thighs, arms, or cheeks? Of course you think, why specifically for your thighs, arms, or cheeks?
For men, more weight is directed to the stomach. Conversely, the fat in women will accumulate in the thighs and arms.
This article will not give any special tips for each limb. This is more of a combination of overall slimming. There is no slimming drug, the following tip only requires seriousness. Here's how to go about a natural and healthy diet:
- Set your mind to be thin (Mindset Diet)
Once you make the decision to lose weight, then you should do it seriously. Do not procrastinate to do so, do it today! Not tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or next week. Usually, this delaying habit is a problem. If you're one of those who think like this, you will not be thin if you keep thinking like this.
Diet is just a short-term activity you lose weight, the real problem is on mental, emotional, and spiritual conditions.
Avoid Eating late at night
Do not eat late, should eat 4-6 hours before bedtime. Because if after eating and sleeping for a while, food will become fat in the body.Avoid Foods with High Sugar Levels
Avoiding sugar is not for diabetics only. Avoiding sugar is actually important for everyone. Should remove the soda beverage packaging because it is known to have high sugar content. In modern life as it is now, the cause of most people is overweight just from high sugar levels. The greatest composition comes from the drinks we drink every day.

- Exercise Routine
Reducing calories by a little will lead to decreased metabolism. A decrease in metabolism will result in weak muscles. In order for your muscles to become stronger, it is advisable to do regular exercises, such as push-ups, squats, sit-ups, jogging, or even marathons. Exercising does not have to be every day, all you need is a routine.

Everything will not work if you do not have a strong commitment to slim, basically, you have to have a strong commitment to slim. If you want more discipline, you can pay for Gym coach services to help your diet.
Similarly Tips I wrote in this article, of course there are many shortcomings and weaknesses, due to limited knowledge and lack of reference. I hope there is criticism and advice from friends, to make me better in writing.
