I recently make a miniature house made from popsicles sticks as you can see the process.
The process that i am going to share is easy you can even do this miniature house on your own. For the materials i used popsicles sticks its counts 80 popsicles sticks on this minature. A dry rice hay, wood paste or parquet adhesive, hot melt glue sticks and gun. In tools i used cutter and scissors to cut popsiclee sticks
On the first process i build the base first if you want a big house then you need to build a large base lot for your house.
I use a popsicle sticks with the length of 11.5cm with width of 1cm coz there are 2 or 3 sizes of popsicles sticks theres a 15.8cm and 1.8 width..
Paste it one by one using the wood parquet adhesive do not use white glue or paste here popsicles stick is wood so its not the right adhesive for it.
Secure the back with three more popsicle stick to for the base not to fall apart
After the base i will build the both side wall of the miniature house we need to use a cutter mine i used scissor bcoz my cutter wont cut it. Its better to use the right cutter for it. The measurements for this side wall. Cut 8 popsicle sticks with 8.8cm. 4 popsi with 4cm and another 4 popsi for 3cm length.
Form both side wall of the house i placed the 4cm at the bottom and 3cm legth of popsi on the top of it. Both wall has a window.
Then bext is building the both front and back of the minature house in this stage i cut 10 popsicles sticks with 8cm another 8 popsi with 3cm and 8 x 4cm and 2x 5 cm.
Form both front and back of the house place 2popsi with 3 cm popsi at the top and 4cm popsi at the bottom this is the window of the front side. And plce the 2x 5cm at the top the space at the bottom plays at its door.
I build a 2 windows at the back of the house 3cm at the top and 4cm for a best durability i put another 1popai at the back just to secure it will not fall or you can put adhesive one by one on the side of the popsicle sticks
Time to build the walls of the house. I use hot melt glue here to a quick dry.
This stage i build its roof first cut the 9cm part of the popsicles and the remaining is i use it as the roof. It counts 12 popsicles sticks in 10 legth with 6cm width miniature house.
I use 24 popsicles sticks to build this roof
As you can see on the first photo on this post the roof is not built woth popsicles like the entire build. Its actually a popscilces sticks but i cover it with dry rice hay.
On my first attempt to stick the hay on the popsicles and the hay falls thats why i used the wood adhesive on it and it works.i get the hay from our backyard coz we live in a large hectares of rice fields thats why i used this on this project.
I cut the ramaining hay and here is the result of the roof.
Its time to build the parts i will put the walls on the base i used hot melt glue to secure the walls on the base.if you want to build a terrace and braces you can add more popsicles on the base i make simple thats why i make it easy.
I didnt use adhesive on the roof coz if i want to build the inside of the minature and add some accesories inside it i can easy put my hands inside it.
This is not the final result beacause i will build the window and the door but i prepare not to put it beacause i will just put it in ourterrace as a decoration of our plants there. So here is the result of my work just upvote and re blogged.
You got this far reading my post thank you and i appreciate that you like my work, It takes 4 hours for me to finish this popsicle minature house beacause the hay its really itchy. i have plan to share more arts on steemit and some stories, i am employed thats why i have very short time for steeming. So thats all folks.
