New Tip in an evolving series. Today's tip is simple
Drink Water - Lots of it!
The numbers keep changing, but based on my research the below seems to be a safe bet on the amount of water you should drink daily:
Female: 2.5 Liters
Male: 3.5 Liters
How to drink it:
- Don't Chug
- Drink Water Sitting Down
- Drink it Warm
- Drink it First Thing in the Morning
There is a wealth of benefits for you in doing it - won't get into listing them.
But simply all the cells and organs of the body need water.
