- GET RID OF DOSE WHITE POTATOES
- No more added sweeteners, including artificial ones.
- STOP GUESSING ABOUT PORTION SIZE AND GET IT RIGHT, LESS IS MORE
- Learn to read food labels, so you know what you eat, get rid of process food
- NO CARBS AFTER LUNCH
- Eat apple and berries every single day
- EAT 30 to 50 GRAM OF FIBER A DAY
- Slash your intake of refined flours and grains.

Personally I do think those rules have lots of sense however human species do not use common sense ;) The reason why I like them? Simple and easy to apply in real life.
