Compaq 8510p startup Issue (Orange Led Blinks 6 times)

Pls does anyone know the problem of this compaq 8510p? It doesn't turn on when power button is clicked, it only blinks six (6) times on the orange power led, then shutsdown completely. Removed all Rams and Hdd but still thesame.
