Ovo je naš tradicionalni slatkiš koji podseća na detinjstvo,na hladne zimske večeri, na prah šećer koji kao sneg pada po vrućem testu. Želim da podelim sa vama njegovu jednostavnu lepotu. Miris i ukus osetiće oni koje ponese kulinarski entuzijazam.
Potrebno je: šoljica za kafu kao mera
1/2kg visanja, očišćenih od koštica
5 jaja
5 šoljica šećera
1 šoljica ulja
1 šoljica pavlake
4 šoljice brašna
prašak za pecivo
Priprema: Dobro umutiti belanca, dodati šećer, mutiti još par minuta, dodati žumamca, mutiti, smanjiti brzinu miksera na 1, dodati ulje, pavlaku i brašno, umutiti i sipati na pek papir, preko rasporediti višnje.
Peći na 180oC da porumeni. Kad se ohladi iseći na kocke, obilno positi prah šećerom.
