What makes good human relationships?

All we want to build good relationships with people around us. But how can we make good relationships?
To be kind to other people? Today let me share my idea about how to build wonderful relationships.
Well...some people would believe there are enormous skills to maintain good relationships with others. But, actually, it is very simple. Just remember and follow these two things.

First, Do not try to change other people behave

As you know, each person has different personalities, habits, experiences, whatever ,,we are all different. So you may fight or have arguments with people around you since each person has different opinions and ideas.
Sometimes, however, you may forget this truth, therefore, blaming your friends and do not admit their opinions. It just makes situation worse and your friends feel bad.
So I suggest when you fight or have argument with other people around you, do not try to make other people change, and just admit it.
For example, you can say Wow, your opinion is wonderful, but I think ~~ although you cannot agree his/her opinion.

Second, try to have attention to your friends, families, people around you!!

We trust and love our parents because they always care about us with love. It is as same as in human relationship.
If you try to have attention and know about others, you will behave differently. You may act thoughtfully and be considerate of other's feelings. Eventually, it makes wonderful human relationships since you did change first!!
