A Police Officer?

in the Philippines before a civilian can enter into the Police Service he/she should have the following criteria

1. natural born fipino

2. must be a Degree Holder,

3. with the minimum hieght of 5'4 feet for men and 5'2 for women, 

4. must be 21-30 years old

5. with eligibilty.. means .. he/she must past a board exam.

after passing the exam. one must be fit on training, another selection and bunch of papers to filled up, youll be demoralize even when you are still applying, and even your in.. series of training must be done.. 

its like you need to past through a needle hole..

and yet this is what a police officer in the Philippines get

Given in dollar conversion the lowest ranking person recieve 18,000 php or in dollar it is 367$ a month.

try to compare it to  Police officer in your country..

The lowest ranking Police Pay 1600 to 1700 php or more than 32$ a month for TAX

yet people.. the activist always  yelleng at them when conducting a rally against the government that Police Officer Are feed by there taxes, well in fact they the one part of this country that are not paying taxes..

as a police officer one must hold his tempered even when being bullied demoralize, or most of th tim e get physicaly hurt or the worst case scenario is killed for no reason
