Knocking at the Opened Door

The door tells me more
Than what it is inside
Holding back the familiar faces.
It has not fed its hearts with fantasies
And dares not to stand in anyone’s way.
The eyes are locked into any moving arm
No choice but to raise itself up
In need of smiling
Until it begs for more
When it has never wanted this any more.
The images of it’s yesterday come
That no one can understand
When the whole life passes suddenly in a moment.
The curve opens darkly down to the beginning
And the animal waking in water with open eyes
To see the faint pictures
That cannot wait any longer in the dark room
To lighten the liquid cold.
The companion it meets on the path
Has no name but only a story of a forgotten world
To allow no shadow to pass in the off light.
The house has long been empty
But the candle burns through each night
For a tale it needs to tell someone
Why are the doors eternally open?
