The "manufacturer" knows the the proper use of the "product"

If you consider the human body, would you agree that the technology behind it is of the highest level? In fact we can even narrow down to the single DNA of the human body and it will still qualify for such distinguished position. Our body is so complex and so organized in it's function that despite it's normal organic frailty, we are able to use it for extended period of time. It can move by itself, understand it's environment, grow, heal, adapt, defend, take in fuel and self-building materials and oftentimes - intelligent.

While we ourselves as humans are still struggling to copy our body's abilities through our tools and artificial intelligence, our body has long been this wonderfully built. Without a doubt, our body's maker is the only one competent enough to provide us with a "user's manual".

Is there such a thing as a user's manual for humanity? Yes there is. The God who is capable enough to make THE MAN, knows enough too that we needed guidance in order for us to use our life properly and effectively. We are born into life, knowing NOTHING. Heck we are not even sure until today what shape this Earth is. We don't know; where we came from, where we are going, how long our life and why we are here. We know so much of the things that matters little and know little to none of those things that matter much. Tragically funny.

We are provided with guidance. We are provided with information to answer all of the life's most important things. But FIRST, we should want to know. We should exert our effort to know. If we are too lazy or too proud to even acknowledge that we need those guides, we will inevitably fall into doing the things that would harm our life
instead of help it. Before we can talk about the content of God's "user's manual" for humanity, it is imperative to settle the question: Do GOD exist?

"This is unbelievable! This is a waste of time!" Those are some of the internal flow of thought of some of the people who despise even the idea of a Maker of man, of God. The number of people who don't believe in God is increasing. They are being pushed into that dogma through various reasons and slowly they accept the idea, THERE IS NO GOD. For them a person who believe otherwise is contemptible.

Why do I firmly believe in God? Why can you believe in His existence? There are several proofs that we can observe everyday that proves beyond any doubt that God exist. Let me talk about some of them here:

• DESIGN - Scientists as a group is divided. A part of them patronize the idea of evolution, while others are praising the designs they found in nature. What are those designs?

  Some of the designs that can be observed in nature are:

  • FRACTALS
  • SYMMETRY
  • SPIRALS

    They are all found in the human body too.
    

I will leave to you dear readers what are those designs and why they are wonderful. So while some part of the scientific community is claiming that a blind, chaotic explosion of a big bang somewhere, from a very long time ago, brought about the existence of everything, other scientists are praising the designs that they discover in nature.

You see designs need a designer. It needs intelligence, because designs exist, the designer exist. For example if you go to a museum and you ask the curator who painted a particularly beautiful painting you admire and if the curator replies; "No I'm sorry, nobody painted that, it just suddenly appeared" would it be intelligent of you to believe him?

• ORDER - Closely related to the wonders of design is order, if we observe nature we will soon see order. Have you noticed the Periodic Table of the known elements, that is order. Do you appreciate the elegance of a flying flock of birds? You can see order in a school of fish, a pack of wolves or a pride of lions. Who imposed those orders? Would you agree that order is deliberate?

• LAW - I firmly believe God because of His laws. Through the various laws the He imposed upon everything, we are now able to efficiently predict the behaviour of matters, that enable us to make use of things for our purposes. For example, God put some undiscovered laws upon the plants that even if we plant different fruit trees near each other, they produce the fruits and taste according to what we expect them to taste, as we have tasted them before even though the soil beneath the same kind of trees differ. Think about it for a second, what would happen if you planted a mango and there is no law imposed upon it, that it can bear any shape and color of fruit, which can also taste anything in the range of existing tastes, would that help us or will it result in unimaginable confusion? Indeed God's imposed laws on everything, made our life easy. In fact we as humans like to take the credit whenever we found a new way to harness those laws of God. For example when we found out that we can talk without wires over long distances, we call such discoveries "inventions",file patents and make other people pay. When in fact, the LAWS were there first, the matters were there first, the intelligence were there first. It is us who just learned about them. Do not forget that every technological advancement we made and will make in the future will always base their designs on the KNOWN LAWS. We never make those laws, we have to follow them. An Electrical and communications Engineer will produce nothing usable if he will not follow all the laws of electricity and strength of materials that HE LEARNED in his product designs. Those LAWS undeniably exist therefore a LAW GIVER exist.

That is why if anyone would like to convince me that there is no God. He must first prove to me that the above mentioned do not exist. I also hope that you don't need more proof than that.

If you read up about the kind of designs that are evident in nature, you may feel a sense of wonder, slowly you feel this awe to the one who crafted many things so beautifully...using science, math and logic. He is the same one who designed and made us. We must be extra special, because among those things that He brought into existence only the humans have a sort of a written guidelines.

So what does it say about our REAL PURPOSE? Why are we here? God in His infinite wisdom summarized the very complex answer to His once chosen King, King Solomon, to whom He said: *"After all this, there is only one thing to say: Have reverence for God, and obey his commands, because this is all that we were created for." *(from the book of Ecclesiastes 12:13 Good News Translation version)

One verse. It took God to say the most important key of our understanding of our existence and purpose only one verse. According to it, He created us for the SOLE PURPOSE of respecting and obeying HIM. That is reason why, even after becoming rich or famous so many people are still suffering with depression! It is because they have used their life on the WRONG PURPOSE. It is not bad to be rich or to strive to be happy but we have to do our sole purpose too, while doing other things that we want to do. When we do that, when we worship God, when we respect God and obey His commands, then whatever happens, even if we experience hardships and troubles, we will remain content and fulfilled, because we have done our purpose.

Respect God and obey His commands. What are His commands? Many people around the world give their life and wealth to their religious leaders because they are led to believe that what these leaders say are God's commands. What really are God's commandments? If it is really our purpose of existence to obey Him then it is really important to know what are His commands. Let us talk about them at length in my next posts.
