The guy who calls me a disease somehow always manages to leave himself out of the cure.

A couple of years ago, Aquaman, Jason Momoa, opined that earth is overpopulated, and called humanity “a disease”.

From now on, regarding everyone who says they believe there are too many people on this planet, or that human beings are intrinsically bad for the planet, I propose we automatically ignore any who do not off themselves and leave a manifesto.

After all, if your prescription for the future is that people have to die, what could show more commitment to your proposition than starting with yourself and exhorting others to follow your inspiring example?

Of course, the declaration of overpopulation is usually followed by some sort of complex prescription for who is to die and who is to live, and the owner of the proposal always seems to be in the group that is to live.

How conveeeeeeeenient. The global prescription turns out to be little different than the Soviet system of gulags, or the Nazi death camps. Get off the planet, inferior ones. And the inferior ones always include people like me. The guy who calls me a disease somehow always manages to leave himself out of the cure.

No thanks. You first, Actorman.
