DEMOLITION MAN
I spent many years almost bragging about my fitness regimens, daily workouts and advancement. I was actually achieving much less than I was talking about. At least that's how it seems today. It's been maybe a month or two since we started what I call the Special Forces workout. That's how it was introduced to me, but might be more popularly known as "ladders" or countdowns.
We started slowly and are now doing two or three rounds using various exercises, several times a week. Stamina & endurance have increased amazingly. The more we do, the more bod wants to do.
Nonetheless today it demolished us. Yet we were strong enough to walk home.
Fitness is the focus this episode. There's another segment of Stolen Evolution and the usual intro stuff.
