Human rights are optional, depending on where you live. Human right are not free. They are paid for with great sacrifice by those who will not receive there benefits. They must be held onto and protected or they will be lost.

Your post implies that no group, government can take away your human rights. My response is yes they can. Look at events around the world. People die in attempts to restore them, to remove the oppression imposed on them. human rights for free services I don't understand what you mean. A service free or not is not a human right.
