Joke-Of-The-Day: JASPER, THE NEWEST CABBIE

Jasper was recently laid off at his work place, and took to cab driving after looking around for other opportunities without success.
On this fateful day, the passenger, from where he was seated at the back said: "I'm new here, where's the famed Reus Garden?"
No answer from Jasper.
"Do you know The Reus Garden?" He repeated.
No answer.
So he reached out and tapped Jasper on the shoulder to arouse his attention to his question.
Then, Jasper reacted with a terrified jolt and screamed, lost control of the car, nearly hit a bus, went up on the footpath, and stopped few centimeters from a shop window.

For a second everything went quiet in the cab, with both men trying to catch their breath.
"Is everything ok over there?" The passenger was the first to speak.
"Oh I'm......" Looking over his shoulder with suspicion, Jasper said "Oh, was that you that touched me back there?"
The passenger replied " Yes, I'm sorry. I didn’t realize such a little tap would scare you so much."
"Look mate, don’t ever do that again. You scared the daylights out of me!"
The passenger apologized again. And asked "What do you mean by 'was that you that touched me'?"
Then Jasper replied, "Sorry, it’s not really your fault. Today is my first day as a cab driver – I’ve been driving a funeral van for the last 25 years."
On hearing this, the passenger ran out of the cab.
