None of those Great Things would have ever come into existence, but thanks to the nonexistence of people like you, they now grace the libraries of the world with their Great Thingyness.

And, thanks to the existence of people like you, my Great Thing is becoming less and less of a reality, and if you don't just shut up and let me focus on writing it, then the libraries of the world are going to be deprived of a lot of potential Great Thingyness.
