At Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas a big man wearing a cowboy hat, loudly proclaimed, "I'm ready to gamble. I am worth 65 million dollars. You hear that? I am worth 65 Million Dollars!" A Greek gentleman sitting quietly at the poker table, known to be a billionaire, said, "I'll flip you for it."

The difference is mostly in terms of power.
