As we're preparing for one of the toughest days to get through tomorrow, Remembrance Day, let's have a bit of humor on this Friday. Here are my unfortunate tech support questions for the week.

Complaint/Comment/Question: The system is down, I can't do anything!
Translation: One of the largely-superfluous third party sites is glitching up.
Complaint/Comment/Question: What login? You didn't send me a login.
Translation: I have a login but I don't know what it's for and I didn't read the email.
Complaint/Comment/Question: Can this be added to social media?
Translation: I don't know what social media accounts we own and if I do, I haven't checked them to see if this was already added a month ago.
Complaint/Comment/Question: I don't have the document.
Translation: I use an old iPad that can't open PDFs, Word Documents or anything else for that matter. Therefore, while I have a dozen versions of the required document, you need to figure out what an iPad from 1959 can open and then send me that.
Complaint/Comment/Question: You're going to kill me! Something happened, I had a meltdown and everything is gone now!
Translation: I don't know how to roll-back my failed changes to a Wordpress page.
Complaint/Comment/Question: I was watching a video for my training tomorrow.
Translation: Tomorrow is Saturday and this is a video of cats.
