Meditation Walk
We accept our blessings as they come whether we design, or program them into our simulation, or whether they come to us by way of an ultimate designer. We are currently blessed with lovely weather, a mostly flat landscape and the endurance and stamina to walk long distances. Today we've mapped out a route that takes us in an eight mile loop. We make several stops along the way for provisions, and another stop just to enjoy being in the grass and by the water.
This is a matter of wellness on many levels. As a scamdemic survivor, I've taken my health & wellness into my own hands. The meditation walk, the soldier walk, the urban expedition and the Warrior's Path are all aspects of the same strategy. It's the code I've written to supplant to tyrannical faux-code that's been infecting the simulation.
Wellness Wednesdays are pit stops along the warrior's path where we evaluate our progress. If we were in a standard computer game, we'd check our power levels, wounds, supplies, skill levels, new skills attained, recovery levels, performance efficiency and general well being. We mind-prep for the next week. Map out our challenges, decide which information we're going to consume and digest, and which we're going to avoid.
I share about 10% of this in this series. Take what breathes life into you and discard the rest.
We set a goal for journeys, (jour, means day, like "bonjour", a journey is a day trek). Perhaps we'll be able to extend our weekly treks to more than we're currently covering.
