If you're still hungry after you've already eaten, it might be helpful to use some techniques to avoid hunger pangs. Sometimes dehydration mimics the feeling of hunger, so it's possible that you're not actually hungry, but rather just thirsty.
Feeling hungry even after you've already eaten a large meal can be a sign that you're suffering from ulcer issues, or your diabetes is not under control. In such cases, it's probably best to visit the doctor and explain your situation to him, he'll advise you accordingly.
If you believe that you're feeling hungry because you just love to eat food, or possibly because of your daily routine, then the tips in this article may help you stave off or distract yourself from those feelings.
1 - Do whatever is your hobby
This works flawlessly. Whenever you feel hungry after eating the food, take up your hobby. If your hobby is gaming, then go ahead and start playing your favorite games. If you enjoy playing a sport or lifting weights, go do that.
If your favorite hobby is eating, sorry, but you're out of luck! Maybe it's time for you do get some new hobbies?
2 - Drink water
In order to decrease your appetite, you should start drinking water slowly. You need water in your body to stay hydrated throughout the day, so why squander this golden opportunity? Your stomach will accept the water due to your appetite, and it will go through your digestive system very quickly.
For some people, water alone won't work well enough. If that's the case with you, consider adding some lemons, honey, cucumber, or another flavor that's beneficial to your health. Ginger tea is another liquid option to reduce your appetite.
3 - Chat with friends
When you engage yourself with friends, you distract yourself from most things, and that includes hunger. Whenever you feel like you're building an appetite, go outside and chat with friends. Talk about some interesting topic that could keep you engaged in the discussion.
If going outside isn't an option, chatting can be done over the internet too with software like Messenger, Steemit.chat, Whatsapp, or Telegram.
4 - Eat Nuts & Almonds
If you are unable to control your appetite, then you'll have to eat something. It is not a good idea to eat a burger or order a pizza or other junk food. Instead, you can eat some nuts one by one and enjoy your time. They're a healthy and filling option for when you're craving some food.
5 - Adjust your schedule:
Your bad schedule can make you feel hungry. It is recommended that you re-adjust your schedule and make sure that you get 7-9 hours of sleep (depending on your body's preferences) because sleeplessness can lead to false senses of hunger.
While we're on the topic, if you're feeling both sleepy and hungry, just go to sleep! You'll have plenty of time to eat in the morning.
Cheating on your diet plan is sometimes fine, but cheating often can completely destroy your efforts. If you really want to lose fat, you'll need to learn the best ways that help you fight hunger.

I totally agree on the fact that cheating really does destroy any efforts to lose fats. Also once you cheat, there are just so many other opportunities to cheat again. I personally am struggling to lose weight after giving birth and am looking at a lifestyle eating change . Still on a journey to figure this out...oh well...will cheat now during Chinese New Year and get to it after! :) Upvoted!
