The Body's Cells Will Lack The Supply Of Energy-Forming Fuel

Hunger appears as a sign that the body is lacking energy. When blood sugar levels fall, the body's cells will lack the supply of energy-forming fuel. So to anticipate this, the heart will send a 'hungry' signal to the hypothalamus. Eating too much can lead to excess weight and is a risk factor for various diseases. If this habit is not eliminated, the body is susceptible to high cholesterol, hypertension, and other factors that increase the risk of heart disease. On the other hand, research on health proves that holding hunger if done correctly (fasting) can actually control various types of diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, ulcers to obesity. By holding hunger (fasting) then this vital organ can rest for 14 hours. When someone eats, usually will feel full or full in the stomach. However, the condition you feel, namely a full stomach even though you haven't eaten, can be caused by things such as increased stomach acid, GERD, and other digestive tract disorders, and dyspepsia.
