Neverlose.money - HUNT's 4th DApp

Neverlose.money, the 4th DApp on the HUNT network, is scheduled to launch around mid-December. It is a lock-up smart contract HODL protocol on Ethereum that pays a bonus to the winners with the losers penalty. It’s a first-ever gamified protocol for long-term HODLERS to motivate their long-term investment along with other HODLERS.

In this article, we'd like to address how this DApp will benefit the HUNT token economy.

1. You earn x2 WRN tokens via HUNT lock-ups

WARREN (WRN) is the governance token of the Neverlose.money platform. WRN tokens are distributed to the HODLERS (those who have active lock-up assets) proportional to each effective asset value.

The generated WRN tokens will be allocated to each effective asset holder based on the effective asset amount shares and asset pool shares. The asset pool shares are as below:

• WETH: 25%
• WBTC: 25%
• HUNT: 50%

2. Treasury fund from Neverlose.money will be all used to burn HUNT tokens

Users can withdraw their fund anytime they want from the contract, but they will get charged a 10% penalty if they break and withdraw the fund WITHIN the set lock-up period. This penalty fund will be shared with other users who are maintaining their active HODL assets.

Also, an additional percentage of the broken amount goes towards the treasury fund, which will be all used for the HUNT burning system. The treasury fund percentage will be set when the smart contract is deployed on the main net (currently set as 3%, but it may change due to our projection analysis).

This burning system is designed to benefit the HUNT holders when HUNT DApps have more users or increases its revenue, and Neverlose.money will be a big part of the mechanism.
