Hurricane Irma remains potential threat to the East Coast .... Path Still Unknown

What we do know is Irma is moving west southwest at about 14mph. At that rate, there is some chance that Irma could impact the Bahamas or the southeastern and eastern coasts of the U.S. as early as later next week or next weekend.

The east coast is where the hurricanes hit vs the west because the very cold water that upwells off the California coast and gives coastal California such a cool, benign climate also protects it from hurricanes.

So, back to the east coast and #hurricaneirma ...

Hurricane Irma's intensity continues to fluctuate and is back to Category 3 strength and currently threatens the U.S East coast and gulf. If Irma makes landfall in the US it would likely not be until late next weekend at the earliest.

Even though there are no land or coastal warnings and powerful Hurricane Irma is not yet a threat, she could be the next weather disaster as she pushes towards the United States within the next week or so.

The U.S. GFS model state Irma could gain significant strength and generally showed Irma approaching the Bahamas before turning to the north or northwest. Staying offshore is obviously the best case scenario.

Since we are talking about at least seven days from now, it is still very uncertain as of right now who will be affected from #hurricaneirma. For this reason, everyone from the Bahamas to Florida to the Canadian Maritimes should be keeping tabs on Irma every day.

Hurricane Irma is coming – I just don’t know where it’s going, everyone in hurricane-prone areas should ensure that they have their hurricane plan in place... even though it is still uncertain ... be prepared

We must all focus our attention on diminishing its size and strength in our minds. It is giving time to do this. The collective consciousness of the world could extinguish this I am sure. Lets all focus our attention on doing just that and be part of a solution.

the mind is powerful, agreed on putting focus on diminishing its size and strength in our minds.
