The developer of the GUI front-end of the HUSH wallet for Windows, Vaklinov, has released a technical preview:

Note that this is a native Windows release, its been cross-compiled so that no Java Virtual Machine is needed!
I've worked with him on multiple wallet releases in the Zcash ecosystem, and am excited that he's on board for HUSH development! He's a great GUI developer, and will really help us roll out new features on the HUSH platform.
