Bitcoin SCAM sites ... don't fall for it

in hyip •  7 years ago

With the price of BTC vs the USD soaring high up, more and more scams seems to be appearing out there. Please bear in mind that 99.99% percent of the time its a scam. DO NOT INVEST IN THESE HYIP ( High Yeild Investment Programs )

Signs of SCAM Sites

  1. High and ridiculous payouts like deposit 1 BTC and get 10% back everyday forever. If the offer is too good to be true .. then its exactly what it is.
  2. Google the sitename and add the words like SCAM at the end. You will most likely see reports of these sites. Get the info from more credible sources such as Bitcointalk and listen from high ranking member's feedback. Not all of them can be trusted but its easy to spot one.
  3. Lookout of really bad english in the content of the website.
  4. Goto the contact page and see if there is any contact number. Copy that number and try to google it. Many times, it belongs to another scam company. Try calling it if you can. I have not been able to ever talk to anyone.

So to sum it all ... DO NOT INVEST IN HYIP you will loose your money or precious coins.

always good the check the scams out, and let them be know, there are good sites but they are few and far between, some of the groups on FB just spew out scams from people on them, there will never come the day that there will be no scams out there unless an emp hits and the internet goes down,

yea... FB crypto groups are getting so much spams on HYIP its seriously not funny anymore. And some sites are really professionally done its no wonder more and more people are falling for it. Especially those who are less familiar with these kind of sites.

For cryptocurrency "regulars" such as you me. Schemes like this practically screams "Scam".

but the sad thing will be the newbies, those who a re fresh.. who knows nothing. who don't usually perform due diligence. they get scammed, they get hurt, they turn sour and lump crypto as a whole and hate it forever.

it's somehow becoming a battle now between advocates and scammer and a race to see who gets to the newb first.

We gotta get the word out. even if 100 people wont be interested in the "internet money" at least the 100 of them now are responsible to remember us who first expose them to that and its their responsibility to come to good people like us for advice when the next "make money with bitcoin quick and easy" scheme rears it's ugly head.

thank you for taking the time and do a post like this. i have only so much SP and VP to give you a cent for a full vote. hopefully i can support you better and get you more cents with my vote. haha

By the way, just guessing, those google notification.. hmmm they look familiar, i wonder if its Steem related.. hahahaha

Thats so try @awesomianist , there always is someone who falls for this scam then they will generalize Cryptocurrencies are scam. heh .. i've begun moving some of my steemcoins from trades here hope to get my SP and VP high enough for the future when this go mainstream.
