1. Curd:

Every day, one cup of yogurt reduces high blood pressure by about one-third. Calcium artery of yogurt is flexible and stretch. This can cause blood to be transmitted to the whole body without any obstruction and pressure. As a result, the problem of high blood pressure decreases.

2. Garlic:

Garlic is one of the most effective things for high blood pressure. A lot of blood pressure in the stomach of one piece of garlic in the morning is very much under control.

3. coconut water :

Many people drink coconut water. However, it has been found that eating coconut water regularly is also very useful in reducing blood pressure.

4. Honey:

Another domestic tip to reduce hypertension is honey. Take a cup of warm water in one hot spoon of honey with 5-10 drops of apple cider vinegar every day before lunch. Get many benefits.

5. Watermelon:

I enjoyed this read as it was said to me a number of years ago that I had high blood pressure. I was about 13-14 at the time which was super interesting to me. Even though high blood pressure runs in the family. I took it so seriously that I stopped seasoning my food...
