Around mid-January, we announced the HyperVerse refund program in this blog post and on the 20th of January 2023, the refund program officially kicked off.
THE PROGRESS SO FAR
REGISTRATIONS: Since the publication of our first newsletter 20 days ago, there has been a 100% increase in new registrations for the refunds program.
KYC Verification: On average, 89% of users who register in the refund portal submits verification requests and an average of 60% of verification requests are approved, the remaining 40% are declined due to incorrect or incomplete information submission. An average of 90% of second time submissions gets approved. Information required for a successful KYC verification includes Identity Verification (image uploads), Withdrawal wallet address and Amount previousy Invested (All External Crypto Deposits Into HyperVerse).
30% Verification Deposit: There has been a 300% increase in the number of users who completed this crucial verification step.
RECENT CHALLENGES
Due to increasing incidents of fraud and our commitment to avoid the mistakes of the past, we have introduced an additional security verification step for bigger accounts, keeping in line with our commitment to excellence and automation, the system is fully automated and while we were integrating this, we had an issue with congestion in the system but with the update 100% integrated, tested and deployed, the system has returned back to normal, we thank you for your patience during this time.
HOW TO MERGE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Register a new account in the HyperVerse Refund Portal using your registered HyperVerse email.
Submit a KYC verification request by uploading your government issued ID In the space provided for it, in the space where you’re supposed to input total deposit amounts, you should input the total deposit amount for all accounts tou want merged.
Send an email to [email protected] explaining that you are trying to merge accounts and the body of your message should include the email addresses for the accounts you’re trying to merge.
